On a large plot, two house are planned with different characters but with the same concept: to embrace the Mediterranean.
In an unfinished house with great possibilities, we propose to the owner two possible finishes to be chosen by the final user. For this, two proposals are made; a classic version for the most romantic and a fresher version.
Helena wanted to transform a house that was over 100 years old into her new home. With the complete renovation that was carried out in 2018, much of her home is unrecognisable and with a tight budget the whole house was radically changed.
A modern and efficient house with rural charm. Everything in this house is projected to the outside to take advantage of the climate and to enjoy to the maximum the life outdoors.
Work completed. Building in the historic centre of Ráfol, where light and ventilation have been decisive in the design of the house. A courtyard allows lighting in each space, providing natural light in every corner of the house.
Completely refurbished home, including the outside area. We accompanied and advised the owner on how to refurbish their home, and we carried out all the work taking care of the smallest detail so that the result would be the best.
The project attempts to redistribute outdated and deteriorated services to adapt them to the present, improving the transit of users and their relationship with the environment.
