One house, two proposals

The owner of an unfinished property in Denia, at the foot of the Montgó, needed to sell it. In the current state it was not possible to appreciate all the possibilities it had to offer. 

Tresgrados carried out a study with several proposals, finally choosing two: one version with a classic Mediterranean style, and the other with a more modern Mediterranean style. With these two versions, not only the potential of the house is visualised, but also the range of clients willing to buy it is widened. 

Finally, a billboard was designed and placed in the house itself, a direct and effective way to obtain a great return on investment. And you, which one do you like the most?
